The platform works. Activation is what moves the needle.

The pilot confirmed that women's health is a relevant and welcomed topic within FrieslandCampina. What also became clear: access alone is not enough. Sustained activation, embedded in existing channels and networks, is what drives real adoption.

Adoption needs a push.

Platform uptake during the pilot was modest without consistent communication. In the extension we shift the balance toward activation.

EmpowerHER is a ready-made channel.

The international network of ~20 women offers a natural entry point for global rollout without building new infrastructure.

Shared accountability.

FemmeUp takes on more responsibility for driving engagement. The platform rate goes down, activation frequency goes up.

One global theme, two languages.

NL and international employees get the same quality of content, tailored per language and cultural context. No duplicate investment per region.

One proposition, two layers.

NL forms the core with platform access, consultations, and activation. The global layer adds a leaner package to keep EmpowerHER fueled, in English, without duplicating the full NL program for every region.

A single fixed fee for the full extension period, with both layers included. Aligned with the 9-month runway to end of 2026 and below a straight extrapolation of the pilot.
